About Easeful
A small company building calm, private money tools.
Easeful is provided by Atelier Bouquet Holdings LLC. It was built first for Brian Bouquet's own household and four small businesses — a boxing non-profit, a holdings company, an events agency and personal accounts — because nothing else kept all of it in one calm place. It's now licensed to other households and solo businesses who want the same thing.

Bills in one place
Upload or add your bills and see what's due, what's late and what to pay first — with reminders you can snooze.
Statements and simple books
Upload bank and credit-card statements, categorize them, and pull profit & loss, balance sheet, trial balance, cash and the general ledger.
Your own address
Every household gets its own easeful.finance address and an app you can install on your phone.
Licensed once, not rented
A one-time license for your copy. No monthly fee for the app, and no bank logins handed over.
How your data is handled
We never store passwords
Easeful keeps website links and usernames only. Passwords stay in your own password manager.
Your household stays separate
Each household's bills, statements and files are kept apart. No other customer can see yours.
No access to your domain or data
Your copy is licensed to you and runs as your own. Nothing reaches back to us.
A real person answers
The assistant is on 24/7, and a person is on hand during support hours.
Easeful doesn't connect to your bank accounts and doesn't move money for you. You upload what you want in, and you can delete your account and everything in it whenever you like.
How it's sold
One-time license, not a subscription. Start with a two-month intro package or a full year; longer terms cost less per year. Storage is included, and there's an optional add-on if you ever need more. Upgrade coverage and the early-adopter promise are spelled out on the packages page.
