Atelier Bouquet Holdings LLC provides Easeful and is the data controller for the personal information described here. That means we decide how and why it's used, and we're responsible for protecting it.

What we collect and why

• Account details (name, email, household name, sign-in credentials): to create and secure your account. Legal basis: contract.
• Your financial records (bills, statements, transactions, uploaded documents, business names, website links and usernames — never passwords): to provide the service you bought. Legal basis: contract.
• Support messages (name, email, question): to answer you. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interests.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser details, basic usage): to keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Purchase records (what you bought, when, and the email used): for bookkeeping and access. Legal basis: legal obligation and contract.

We don't sell your information or use your financial records for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that host the app, store files and run the AI that reads uploaded documents and answers support questions, only to provide the service.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, when needed.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your records while your account exists. When you delete your account, your household's records and files are permanently deleted. Purchase records are kept as long as bookkeeping and tax law require. Support requests are kept while needed to help you, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under California law), you can ask to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your information, object to or limit some uses, and withdraw consent. You can delete your account yourself from the Account page, or email support@easeful.finance. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Security

We use encryption in transit, private file storage, and access controls that keep every household separate. We never store passwords to your bank or other websites.

Cookies

Easeful uses only essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your support chat on your own device. We don't use advertising cookies.
