These terms are an agreement between you and Atelier Bouquet Holdings LLC ("we", "us"), which provides Easeful at easeful.finance. When you buy or use Easeful you are contracting with Atelier Bouquet Holdings LLC. By creating an account or continuing to use Easeful, you agree to these terms.

What Easeful is

Easeful is a personal and small-business bookkeeping app: bills and reminders, statement uploads, simple books, reports and account forms. Easeful is a bookkeeping tool, not an accountant, and does not give tax, legal or financial advice. Check important decisions with a qualified professional.

Who can use it

You must be of legal age where you live. If you use Easeful for a business, you confirm you are allowed to agree to these terms on its behalf. Keep your account details accurate and up to date.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity under your account. Easeful never asks for or stores passwords to your bank or other websites.

Your license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Easeful for the package you buy and for its stated period. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute Easeful, or get around its technical limits, such as storage limits.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud or spam.
• No uploading content that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
• No interfering with security: no malware, probing, scanning, scraping or attempts to reach other households' data.
• No abusing the support assistant or using it to generate unlawful content.

Your content

Your bills, statements and records stay yours. You give us a limited permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, including reading uploaded documents so you can confirm the details.

Our intellectual property

Atelier Bouquet Holdings LLC owns Easeful, including its software, documentation, designs, name and logo. These terms don't transfer any of it to you beyond the license above.

Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Packages are one-time purchases for a set period; the optional extra storage is billed monthly until cancelled. Service level

We work hard to keep Easeful running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Easeful is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page; deletion permanently removes your household's data. When a package period ends without renewal, access may lock but your data is not deleted unless you delete it.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and disputes go to the courts located there. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger or sale. We're not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We may update these terms and will post the new date above.
